Role: New Business Development Manager
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000-£40,000pa + uncapped commission

We are looking for a
driven and results-focused New Business Development Manager
to play a pivotal role in accelerating their growth. This is a senior role for someone motivated by measurable success, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
* Generate and convert new business opportunities through
high-volume outbound activity
and cold calling.
* Build a
robust pipeline
.
* Consistently
hit and exceed KPIs
for calls, meetings, pipeline value and revenue.
* Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and
close profitable deals
.
* Attend
networking events, exhibitions and client meetings
to grow market presence.
* Report on sales performance, forecasts and KPIs to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' proven success
in sales or business development within a target-driven role.
* Strong track record in
cold calling and high-volume prospecting
.
* Exceptional
communication, negotiation and closing skills
.
* Resilient, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
* Commercially astute with strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
