The IT Programme Office is a key part of the IT function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the Group.
More about your role
Reporting to the ERP Programme Manager, we are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis.
Joining at the start of Phase 1 of an ERP implementation, you will be responsible for the end-to-end business analysis across this significant programme of work, including requirements gathering, business process documentation, and shaping future business cases to support the successful delivery of future phases. You will work closely with stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation, using data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure the solution meets organisational needs.
Stakeholder management is a key aspect of this role, and you will be comfortable working in a matrix structure, liaising with a variety of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked on an ERP implementation. Experience of working within a housing with Association and within a matrix management structure is also desired.
Skills/ Experience
A proven track record of working as a Business Analyst, Experience of working on ERP implementations, Experience of working within the housing sector, A thorough understanding of working within a matrix structure, The confidence and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
