Business Development Manager Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Benefits: life insurance (4x salary), 4% pension, hybrid car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 15% bonus (Uncapped) expenses covered Location: Birmingham The Role: • Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors/end users • 80% - 20% new business to account management. • Utilise market data to build a pipeline. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Analyse market position, profitability and competitive impact • Provide tailored packaging solutions to meet customer requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
