The Role You'll be the go-to partner for leaders across the business, helping them grow their teams, solve problems with empathy and clarity, and build a culture where care and performance go hand in hand. What you'll be doing: Be a trusted partner - guiding senior leaders with sound, people-focused advice, from employee relations to organisational change. Shape culture - embed values, coach leaders, and help create a workplace where everyone belongs. Build talent - support smart hiring, onboarding, and succession planning to get the right people in the right roles. Grow capability - help identify skill gaps, nurture future leaders, and make learning part of everyday practice. Drive performance & engagement - from fair feedback to wellbeing initiatives, you'll help people feel valued and inspired.
