More About Your Role
You will have responsibility for the Eclipse Leisure and Sunbury Leisure Centre (The Eclipse is a new technology‑advanced building costing over £50M). As the Contract Technical (FM) Manager you will have a hands‑on role with a strong HVAC background, and will implement the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assessed works programmes for all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across several leisure facilities. You will identify and correct ad‑hoc remedial work, liaise with 3rd‑party contractors, and ensure routine maintenance procedures comply with the Company's Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental policies to optimise fuel and water use.
More About You
You will have a strong background in trades/handywork and experience working with contractors, negotiating scope of works and creating snag lists. You should be familiar with corporate policies and able to produce basic reports showing progress on scheduled works. Candidates should hold qualifications such as ONC or City & Guilds in either Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. Holding a Pool Plant Operators Certificate is advantageous, but we are willing to support qualification.
