The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a key role where you will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that inspire audiences and meet client expectations. Your creativity, technical skills, and ability to think strategically will play a crucial part in shaping our visual identity and enhancing user experiences across multiple platforms.
You will work on a wide range of projects, from artwork for exhibitions and live events to digital content, websites, advertising, and email marketing. Presentation design for pitches and conferences will also form an important part of the role, helping the agency communicate ideas and win new business. Working closely with our wider creative and account management teams, you will ensure consistent brand storytelling and bring energy and innovation to every project..
Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative design concepts for both print and digital platforms, including websites, applications, exhibitions, and campaigns.
* Create visually compelling graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
* Design and deliver engaging presentations and pitch materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
* Design user-friendly layouts and interfaces that balance creativity with usability, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with at least five years' experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, graphic design, and web design projects, with a proven ability to deliver both conceptually strong ideas and polished final artwork.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with experience in After Effects and CAD highly desirable. A strong understanding of photography principles, typography, and layout design will also be important. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both clients and colleagues.
