Fractional Change Manager 9-month Contract 3 days a week Up to £540 p/d (Inside IR35) London
Fractional Change Manager to join our global publishing client on an initial 9-month contract, working 3 days per week. This role will focus on the people and culture aspects of change.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the publishing industry (or similar) and proven experience as the key contact and consultant for organisational change. You will be responsible for embedding change and new behaviours throughout the lifecycle of projects.
The Change Manager will design and implement effective, integrated change and communication strategies, while managing, engaging and mentoring stakeholders and sponsors. Supporting both the project team and business leads, you will apply structured processes to ensure the people side of change is successfully managedhelping employees to be ready, willing, and able to adopt new ways of working.
