Finance Manager | Family Office-owned VMS
Are you a data-driven finance professional who enjoys optimising processes? Camino is delighted to be exclusively supporting a hugely successful European Family Office that recently made a bolt-on UK acquisition of a leading VMS group. They are now looking for a Finance Manager who will take the finance reins of the UK entity, acting as a strong deputy to the Group CFO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in smaller, rapidly growing businesses and wants more exposure to senior stakeholders and investors.
Mandate
* Work directly with the Group CFO with a primary mission to professionalise the finance function and develop it beyond standard accounting.
* Implement robust monthly reporting, improve operational processes, and optimise ERP systems from an accounting perspective.
* Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders and investors, turning data into insights for strategic business decisions.
* Manage and develop a small accounting team as the business continues to grow and scale.
* Provide critical analysis of numbers to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
* Experienced, qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Comfortable working with the rigour of investors and adaptable to rapid growth plans.
* A proven track record of improving financial processes and systems to support business growth.
* Strong work ethic with the flexibility to handle a changing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Harrow to lead the team and build stakeholder trust.
