Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Provide guidance on HR policies and employment law
Support employee relations and performance management
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
Assist with payroll and benefits coordination
Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Profile
Requirements:
Experience in a generalist HR role
CIPD Level 3 or above preferred
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £25,500-£29,000 depending on experience
