This role combines structured data management, operational reporting support and day-to-day systems maintenance. You’ll take ownership of data input and output across a range of systems and get involved in a variety of technical projects, working with our restaurant and central support teams.
What you’ll be doing as a Systems & Data Coordinator
1. Creating and maintaining product and pricing data in EPOS.
2. Managing product and recipe setup in inventory systems.
3. Supporting seasonal menu updates and promotions.
4. Ensuring data consistency between systems.
5. Producing structured reports (sales, GP, promotions, guest metrics).
6. Data validation.
7. Supporting day-to-day system administration
8. Assisting with upgrades, launches and configuration changes
9. Preparing system set-up for new restaurant openings
About you
Essential
10. Previous experience in data management, systems support or a related role
11. Experience working with structured datasets within operational systems
12. Experience with EPOS, product and/or inventory management systems
13. Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data validation & structured data manipulation)
14. High attention to detail and accuracy
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
17. Full UK Driving licence & access to your own vehicle
Desirable
18. Exposure to BI tools or dashboard reporting
19. Experience within a hospitality or retail environment
20. Experience working with third-party system providers
21. An understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
22. A supporting qualification in a related field
Working pattern & location
Monday – Friday. You will be based at our Chester HQ with some remote working and occasional restaurant visits.
