About the Role Reporting to: Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works across complex construction projects. You will take ownership of MEP delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all MEP works across the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for clients and the wider project team on MEP matters. Lead MEP design coordination, ensuring compliance with contract documents, regulations and standards. Plan, monitor and manage MEP programmes in line with the overall construction schedule. Control MEP costs, including valuations, variations and cost forecasting, in conjunction with the commercial team. Coordinate MEP subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are met. Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with project safety plans, quality plans and relevant regulations (including SHTMs, Gas Safe and Pressure Systems where applicable). What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing MEP packages on construction projects. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage cost and programme risk. Knowledge of BIM and MEP coordination processes. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
