Senior Associate Solicitor – Serious Injury (Cat PI)
Location: UK-wide | Remote or Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + performance bonus

Act for clients in life-changing, high-value Serious Injury matters with one of the UK’s most respected claimant teams. The department handles complex, multi-track litigation nationally and is growing.
The opportunity
You’ll run a streamlined caseload of c.15 serious/catastrophic injury files (typ. £250k+), supported by:
* A dedicated 1:1 Legal Assistant for file/admin support
* First-class resources, expert peers and technical backing
* True flexibility: fully remote or hybrid to suit you
What you’ll do
* Lead complex, high-value PI/Serious Injury claims to successful conclusion
* Deliver outstanding client care to injured clients and families
* Drive litigation strategy, quantum development and rehabilitation outcomes
* Contribute to BD/marketing and mentor within the team where appropriate
About you
* Solicitor, 5+ PQE in Serious/Catastrophic Injury (claimant)
* Confident with claims £250k+ (brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, fatal/major trauma etc.)
* Strong litigation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Compassionate, organised, and outcomes-focused
