Reprographics Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Reprographics Officer to join our busy secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a key support role, ensuring that high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the school's reprographics service
* Produce high-volume photocopying, printing, binding, and finishing work to a high standard
* Prioritise and schedule requests to meet deadlines, especially during peak periods
* Maintain and monitor reprographics equipment, reporting faults and liaising with external suppliers
* Ensure adequate stock levels of paper, toner, and other supplies
* Support staff with basic guidance on printing and document preparation
* Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive materials
About You
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and print management systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role or environment is desirable, but not essential
