Our client is looking for a Head of Operations manage their full customer facing function within the UK.
Based in their Head Office in Fife you will be trusted to provide overall management, guidance and leadership to non direct reports and nine direct reports over call centre, field service and after sales support functions.
You will be tasked with implementing change, budgeting and improving am already excellent level of service.
You need to be an emphatic leader and strategic thinker and be confident in delivering the following:
Lead the department heads, ensuring efficient operations and high-performance teams.
Monitor and secure KPI’s for numerous departments.
Design and implement sustainability measures in the departments
Drive customer centricity by optimising best practices
Annual planning and reporting for the full UK operations
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate sustained experience in these
key areas:
Previous experience leading operations through significant digital transformation change projects
Experience in change and process management
Senior leadership experience in Customer Operations and/or after sales service
Salary – Up to £80K DOE
Must live local to Fife to be considered.
