New Business Development Manager
We're supporting a well-established, family-run business with over 40 years of success, now looking to appoint a New Business Development Manager to drive their next phase of growth.
This is a sales-led, operationally credible role with real influence across the business, and a clear pathway into senior leadership.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract mobilisation, acting as the key link between clients and operational teams.
You'll be focused on developing business across:
Hotel housekeeping
Serviced apartments / residential housekeeping
Hotel maintenance services
This role requires someone who can engage confidently with General Managers, owners, and stakeholders, understanding operational challenges and delivering commercially viable outsourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Meet clients and develop tailored solutions
Create proposals, contracts, and SLAs
Develop pricing models and ensure commercial viability
Work closely with operational teams to mobilise new contracts
What They're Looking For
Strong background in sales / business development
Experience within hotels, serviced apartments, or outsourced/FM services
Understanding of hotel operations (housekeeping & maintenance)
Commercially aware and confident with pricing and deal structures
A natural relationship builder who can engage at senior level
Someone who brings energy, ideas, and a proactive approach
You'll also be:
