Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven specialist to lead performance marketing and affiliate & social media initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about digital & performance marketing, and is eager to make a measurable impact on business performance.
Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
* Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and social media platforms.
* Ability to develop and execute digital advertising strategies with clear ROI.
* Skilled in creating compelling ad content and tactical content plans.
* Experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
* Expertise in Affiliate platform management and reporting.
* Experience with Amazon Ads is an advantage.
* Expertise in managing multi-platform social media presence (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
* Strong content creation and scheduling capabilities.
* Proven ability to drive brand visibility, and increase engagement.
* Planning & executing social media campaigns aligned with the business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
* Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools.
* Data-driven approach to campaign performance and strategy adjustment.
* Experience in preparing performance reports and budget forecasts.
* Ability to monitor and report on KPIs and marketing spend efficiency.
Project & Budget Management
* Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in budget allocation and resource optimization.
* Strategic thinker with a process-oriented mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* Clear and effective communication of marketing insights and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated success in multi-channel marketing and social media campaigns.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
* 23 days holiday (rising to 25 after 3 years)
