<div><p>We are looking for two Assistant Practitioners to join our Central Youth Service, a community mental health team for young people aged 14-25.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Hold a caseload of young people aged 14-25 with a variety of needs.</li><li>Deliver brief, focused interventions to service users and their carers.</li><li>Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (mental health nurses, psychologists, medics, occupational therapists, social workers, and family therapists).</li><li>Collaborate with a senior member of staff on intervention planning and delivery.</li><li>Participate in training, reflective practice forums, daily huddles, and learning slots to develop knowledge and skills.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Passion for working with young people and their families.</li><li>Experience with children and young people is preferred but not essential.</li><li>Background in mental health (any discipline) and willingness to bring a variety of skills and perspectives to the team.</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including part‑time and full‑time commitments.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Community‑based role with travel to meet young people and some office hours at 80 St Stephens Street, Norwich.</li><li>Opportunities for ongoing training and development in areas of interest.</li><li>Supportive, friendly, and collaborative team culture.</li></ul><p>We are committed to providing an environment in which you can thrive.</p></div>
