Senior Insights Analyst - Retail
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus
Location: West London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

🚀 The Senior Insights Analyst will
* Own CRM and campaign insight projects from brief to delivery, working across loyalty, personalisation, and reward programmes
* Partner with marketing, CRM and loyalty teams to scope, model, and recommend commercially sound actions
* Use SQL (BigQuery) and Python to deliver insights and forecast scenarios using offline and online customer data
* Present data-driven recommendations using PowerPoint and Excel, no dashboarding, just clear commercial storytelling
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a team culture of learning, experimentation, and impact
🕵🏼♀️ Essential Skills
* Strong SQL (BigQuery or equivalent) - must be confident querying and manipulating large datasets
* Experience using Python for exploratory modelling, forecasting, or testing (basic knowledge accepted)
* Commercially minded - able to work with ambiguity and turn vague questions into testable hypotheses
* Skilled in stakeholder communication, especially with non-technical teams (CRM, loyalty, marketing)
* Ability to build compelling business cases and clearly explain the “why” behind the data
