The Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, supporting various care and nursing homes across Cheltenham and Gloucester. This role offers the flexibility to choose your own shifts while maintaining a consistent presence within the local healthcare community. Day shifts and night shifts available. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting. Assisting residents with mobility and meal times. Medication administration and accurate record-keeping. Delivering emotional support and companionship to residents. Ensuring the safety and security of all individuals within the care setting. Maintaining 100% confidentiality regarding sensitive resident information. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of proven experience working in a UK care setting. A commitment to at least 25 hours of availability per week. Willingness to attend mandatory induction training. Excellent communication and a patient, empathetic nature.
