Your new role This is a newly created Senior Customer Care Administration job working as part of an experienced and proactive team environment. The job will be varied and involve working with and speaking to a variety of different people across the business. Duties are varied and will include but limited to: Assisting with booking appointments with customers Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments Raising delivery notes and invoices Updating information on internal systems Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Transferring information from SAP and updating jobs on internal platforms Managing your own workload while supporting the wider customer care team What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Personable and adaptable with a proactive approach Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Good time management and multitasking abilities Proficient computer skills, including Excel; Sage experience is advantageous What you'll get in return In return, you will have the chance to work within a friendly and proactive team.
