The Supply Register are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust looking for a Procurement Officer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building supplier relationships, negotiating value for money, and supporting the smooth running of procurement operations. You’ll be working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and contribute to the Trust’s mission of delivering high-quality services to its institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of procurement strategies and policies across the Trust
Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships
Assist with contracts, purchase orders, and cost analysis
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legislation
Collaborate with staff across the Trust to understand and meet their needs
About You
This role is ideal for someone who has:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management (education sector experience desirable but not essential)
A passion for making procurement efficient, ethical, and impactful
