As a Development Manager, you will be…
Working on major projects and mixed-use developments, coordinating key infrastructure to deliver serviced land parcels for house builders and commercial operators, enabling them to focus on their core operations. Your responsibilities include:
* Setting and maintaining programmes and budgets.
* Identifying value engineering opportunities.
* Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to report on project progress.
* Managing risks promptly to prevent delays and protect the company's reputation.
* Overseeing all aspects of projects, including technical, planning, commercial, environmental, legal, and construction.
* Evaluating site constraints and monitoring risks.
* Liaising with Local Authorities for technical approvals and legal agreements.
* Managing internal and external consultants.
* Working closely with Principal Designers, Contractors, and Production Managers.
* Ensuring high-quality, accurate submissions of designs, reports, and applications.
* Staying informed on current planning, technical, and environmental matters.
