The Role
Administration
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as client record management, document processing, and office operations.
Paraplanning
Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and investment strategies, working with experienced paraplanners to understand technical wealth management aspects.
Client Services
Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service, developing interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
Trainee Advising
Shadow experienced advisors, assist in financial assessments, risk analysis, and developing investment recommendations, gradually taking on advisory responsibilities.
Compliance
Learn about compliance processes and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence and protect clients' interests.
Employee Benefits

Project Management
Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, developing organization and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Experience
To qualify, you should:
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be on track to achieve or have achieved a minimum 2:2 in your undergraduate degree
