With a small number of covers, an open kitchen, and a constantly evolving surprise menu, the atmosphere is warm, playful, and deeply personal. We are now seeking an experienced and personable Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house experience. This is a hands-on, guest-focused role for someone who loves great service, consistency, and the unique rhythm of a tasting-menu restaurant. The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will run the dining room with confidence and calm precision. You will: Lead service from the front and act as the main point of contact for guests Manage a small FOH team, ensuring smooth and friendly service throughout Own the reservation system, guest communication, and pre-service organisation Maintain a relaxed but highly polished dining atmosphere Work closely with the Chef-Owner to ensure a seamless guest journey Carry out end-of-day duties such as cashing up and stock control Take pride in presentation, service flow, and the overall guest experience This is a role where your personality and hosting style matter as much as your technical knowledge. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in fine dining, tasting-menu restaurants, or high-quality independent operations Naturally warm, confident, and charming with guests Detail-oriented, calm, and organised in a small, high-intensity dining room Comfortable managing service, reservations, and team coordination Passionate about food, wine, and genuine hospitality A hands-on leader who sets the tone for the whole guest experience Wine knowledge, tasting-menu experience, and an ability to guide guests confidently are strong advantages.
