The Role
As Behaviour Management Officer, you will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, and senior leadership to promote positive behaviour and support students who may be facing challenges in the classroom.

* Working with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to address behavioural needs
* Implementing behaviour support strategies and restorative approaches

* Assisting with safeguarding and pastoral support processes
* Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies where necessary
