Job Description
3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
4. Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
6. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records.
8. Assist with VAT returns and other regulatory compliance requirements.
9. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
12. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
