Veritas Education is working in partnership with a leading independent prep school in Southwark, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, to recruit a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant for a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and caring individual to join a thriving Early Years team in a school known for its warm ethos, academic excellence, and exceptional pupil support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the daily delivery of a creative and stimulating Early Years curriculum
* Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Encouraging children's development across all areas - social, emotional, physical, and academic
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment at all times
Candidate Requirements:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential
* Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or Reception classroom setting
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
* A thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
