Regional Facilities Technician | Midlands Region | £40,000-£45,000 + £10K Bonus Potential + Vehicle | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
We're recruiting for a growing property operator with a portfolio of luxury residential buildings across the Midlands. As new developments come online over the next five years, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and take ownership of a regional remit. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-sufficient engineer with a strong background in gas safety and heating systems, who enjoys working independently while building strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-end residential sites
* Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and heating system standards
* Liaise directly with site teams and clients to maintain excellent working relationships
* Manage your own schedule across a 40-hour week, resolving tasks during standard hours
* Support the wider FM team with general building services as needed
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a specialism in heating and gas safety
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Gas Safe registration, domestic/commercial heating systems)
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Experience working across multiple sites or in a mobile role is a plus
