Treasury Analyst

Role Purpose
As our next Treasury Analyst, you'll work as part of the Treasury team based at our Manchester office. Your role is to maintain company accounts and banking processes, ensuring funds are correctly allocated daily. You will oversee activities such as bank statement downloads, uploads to SAP, and daily bank reconciliations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Download bank statements, upload to SAP, and perform bank reconciliations daily
* Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations
* Process bank payments and credit card transactions
* Analyze and investigate queries, liaising with the business to resolve them promptly
* Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers to build strong relationships
* Work efficiently with high volumes and tight deadlines, aligning with business needs
* Assist in setting up and reviewing procedures for automating systems and processes
* Monitor bank accounts and improve cash flow forecasting accuracy
* Manage FX transaction administration
* Support management in achieving key objectives, fostering continuous improvement, upskilling, and knowledge sharing
* Prepare daily cash management documentation for review and approval
* Process cash management deals via TMS (IT2)
* Handle daily money market and FX deals
* Keep static data on treasury systems up to date
What we need from you:
* Experience with major online banking platforms (preferably Citi Direct)
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Studying or interested in a treasury qualification
* 2 to 5 years of treasury experience
* Good knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (preferably IT2)
* Experience with 360T / FX All or other dealing platforms
* Familiarity with Office 365 or similar tools
