Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Coordinator with a strong background in account management and both repeat and new business selling, ideally within the manufacturing sector. This role is 5 days a week, fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing customer accounts while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed agreed targets.

Coordinate sales requirements with the production department to ensure smooth order processing.
*
Resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining exceptional service standards.
*
Handle general day-to-day office administration tasks as required.
*
Process orders.

Experience in the manufacturing sector – understanding industry processes, clients, and challenges is key.

Sales experience.
*
A proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach, with a genuine desire to sell and grow in their career.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*
Flexibility to travel to different company sites as required.
