Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff
Onsite | Competitive salary DOE + Uncapped Commission
Car and driving licence required
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, spot talent, and put people into meaningful work. You’ll run your own desk, grow a loyal client base, and make a real impact in your local community. And you’ll do it with a trusted brand behind you.
What you’ll do
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Make business development calls and meet clients face to face
• Source, screen, and support candidates into the right roles
• Grow your online brand and work towards clear targets
• Use your car and licence for client visits
What you’ll bring
• Experience in recruitment or sales
• A strong work ethic and appetite to learn
• Ambition, resilience and clear communication skills
• A car and valid driving licence
