Our client is an international sports leader and a prestigious organisation with global partners. They are currently looking for a Spanish or Italian-speaking Administrator to join their supportive team. The busy Administrator will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of activities, programmes, tours, growth of development activities and administration. The client is currently operating on a hybrid scheme with a mandatory minimum of 3 days working in the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including players.
Managing administration for classification activities, event logistics, applications and calendars.
Assisting in creating strategic plans and implementing pathway development activities.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned
Collaborating with players, tournament organisers, coaches, and officials to facilitate activity programs and event organisation.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be a proficient Spanish or Italian speaker and have an interest in sports + previous solid experience in an Administration/Project Coordinator role. An additional language would be desirable. Experience in the sports industry would also be an advantage.
Profile:
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish; proficiency in any additional language is beneficial.
Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Team player with enthusiasm and motivation
Passion for sports andor sport science is a must
Confident, organised and a motivated mind-set
Experience in event/project administration with a focus on detail and routine tasks.
