About Our Client

Job Description
3. Manage commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
4. Support residential property matters and assist with property litigation and corporate transactions.
5. Supervise junior lawyers and conveyancers.
6. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
7. Participate in internal knowledge sharing and external brand-building activities.
The Successful Applicant
8. 4-6 years' PQE (Jersey, UK, or Commonwealth qualified).
9. Solid experience in commercial property; Jersey property exposure is a strong advantage.
10. Strong drafting and communication skills.
11. A collaborative, proactive approach and a commercial mindset.
12. Proven ability to delegate, supervise, and motivate others.
13. Tech-savvy and methodical in your work.
