Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to the design and technical delivery of façade remedial projects, with input on wider new build schemes as required
* Oversee detailed design and construction packages from concept through to completion
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; lead meetings and workshops
* Apply in-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, ensuring compliance across all project stages
* Assist with duties as Building Regulations Principal Designer on selected projects
* Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience
* ARB-registered Architect with 5-10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5 years post-Part 3)
* Proven experience in technical design and delivery of UK construction projects, particularly façade remediation
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM duties
* Experience acting as or supporting a Principal Designer is highly desirable
* Excellent detailing skills for retrofit and remedial works
* Proficiency in Revit is a must have
* Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
