YT Tech is working with a leading R&D-driven technology company developing advanced electronic systems. Were seeking a Principal Hardware Systems Engineer to join their team and take full ownership of complex projects from concept and design through to production and ongoing support.
This is a hands-on role in a small, dynamic team, giving you the opportunity to influence product development, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead system-level design and development across hardware, electronics, and RF systems
* Act as technical authority and customer-facing lead for assigned products
* Oversee design reviews, system validation, and configuration control
* Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams
* Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and product quality
* Support bids, proposals, and coordination with suppliers and partners
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Strong engineering background in electronics, hardware, or RF systems
2. Proven experience delivering products from concept to production
3. Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
