The Role
We are hiring a Marketing & Campaigns Manager with 4–6 years' professional experience in integrated marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Your job is to drive marketing campaigns that turn insight into impact - helping BW attract the right clients, position our offer, and grow our influence.
You’ll lead on campaign planning, execution, and performance - working across digital and offline channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Salesforce, and more.
This role is about focus and follow-through. It’s not just about running disruptive and innovative campaigns but delivering results. You’ll manage content, agencies, reports, and relationships to make sure our marketing hits the mark every time.
You’ll be based full-time in our London office, working closely with the Head of Marketing, senior leadership, and our in-house content team.
This is a role for someone who is strategic and hands-on, creative and organised - and ready to take BW’s marketing to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Campaign Management
* Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (both paid and organic) across various channels including (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Salesforce & Pinterest)
* Deliver campaigns to support pre-positioning, Design & Build (D&B), and business development (BD) objectives, including various lead generation initiatives (e.g., financial results, supply chain reports).
* Customer segmentation and analysis.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.
* Conduct and present post-campaign analysis with key insights and recommendations.
Marketing & Communications Operations
* Maintain and manage the overarching marketing calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
* Ensure website content is accurate and up to date.
* Coordinate and oversee the awards submission process.
* Manage external PR agency relationships and deliverables, including all public communications.
* Manager & deliver thought leadership content aligned with campaign objectives.
* Brief and collaborate with the Social & Content Executive to amplify and repurpose content across channels
* Project manage the timely and high-quality delivery of campaign content.
* Support Head of Marketing with various initiatives as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution
Internal Communications & Engagement
* Develop and deliver internal communications strategy across the organization.
* Provide internal copywriting support and oversee the planning and delivery of staff events and engagement initiatives.
* Identify and execute internal branding opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
* Produce and distribute weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, including Google Analytics & Social.
* Customer insights and analytics.
* Track and manage inventory of branded merchandise and marketing collateral
Event Branding & Support
* Project management and branding support of key company events including yearly conference & client party.
* Lead the design and execution of trade show stands and marketing collateral.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management across digital and traditional marketing channels (B2B Preferred)
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms – specifically Salesforce).
* Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to produce high-quality content and campaign materials under tight deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration experience.
