Opportunity
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Family Hub Network as an Early Help Advisor.
Role Purpose
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children, young people and families by ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. This role is ideal for someone with experience of working across agencies to improve outcomes through early intervention.
Key Responsibilities
* Support professionals to deliver high quality early help services, working collaboratively to provide timely, co-ordinated support
* Help practitioners navigate early help processes effectively
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working across agencies to improve outcomes through early intervention and passion for supporting children, young people and families.
