Credentials:
* 3+ years of relevant insurance legal experience.
* Experience in UK insurance regulatory matters.
* Strong understanding of agency law and distribution models in insurance.
* Experience drafting and reviewing complex insurance agreements.
* Knowledge of specialty insurance lines a plus.
* Track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
Support our F500 corporate client with the following:
* Draft and review various agreements including:
* Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) agreements
* Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs)
* Facility Agreements
* Claims Handling Agreements
* Binding Agreements.
* Provide counsel on agency and distribution issues and associated legal areas.
* Support the Global Specialty Legal team on day-to-day matters.
* Advise on legal and regulatory requirements affecting specialty insurance lines.
