Job Description
MAIN Responsibilities:
Guest
1. Co-operate with your training so that you are confident and competent.
2. Professionally serve Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee and Dinner.
3. Setting tables and ensuring all dining, areas are ready for service.
4. Deliver food and drink to Bo and Muc, 1887 Whisky and Beinn Bar.
5. Assist with the preparation of drinks in the resort bars
6. Knowledge of the wine list.
Productivity
7. Clear and re-lay tables
8. Clear and clean glasses
9. Restock and replenish bar and restaurant supplies
10. Restock breakfast and afternoon tea shifts as necessary
11. Assist with crockery and cutlery polishing and cleaning
12. Note any breakages and record to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager
13. Ensure five-star standard of cleanliness and hygiene are always met
Sustainability
14. Proactively supervise ESG on your shift in reducing energy consumption and wastage, and create ideas for embedding the policy within your team and your department.
15. Be able to clearly communicate our ESG policy and Earth Check to the team, guests, and suppliers.
