Our client is a leading investment firm seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment. officer and the Sales head. This is a pivotal role offering exposure to governance, board-level operations, and executive-level coordination in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Quarterly Board and Monthly Committee meetings
* Handle agendas, minutes, and action tracking
* Manage complex diaries, travel, and deadlines
* Act as a key communication point on behalf of executives
* Prepare and collate board packs and meeting materials
* Serve as secretary to forums such as Distribution and Practitioners
* Manage travel bookings and expenses
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Chosen candidate will need:
Experience supporting senior leadership and governance functions, Strong organisational and communication skills
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ideally to start as soon as possible
