We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Information Officer to manage and maintain property data systems, ensuring accurate capture, storage, and reporting of land and building asset information.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice on policies, procedures, and documentation for processing property data. Maintain and develop property information systems and asset registers. Ensure compliance with data retention schedules and legal requirements. Respond to internal and external property information requests. Liaise with IT to ensure systems are fit for purpose and data is securely stored. Produce reports for senior management and support service planning. Deliver guidance and training on data capture and system use.
