Outbound Sales Account Manager role at XMA – Nottingham (Hybrid work)
Overview
Salary: £25,000 + £5,000 commission. Location: Nottingham (Hybrid work). Setting: Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday to Friday work from home.

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Account Manager to join our Nottingham team – an opportunity for someone motivated, organised, and commercially minded to develop within a supportive and rewarding environment. This role involves working closely with our Marketing and Vendor partners to run targeted campaigns that promote key products and services. Youll play a vital role in managing the full sales process – from proactive outbound calls and quoting through to CRM updates and order management.

Job Specification
* Make proactive outbound calls to customers to uncover new opportunities
* Support and re-engage existing or inactive accounts through great communication
* Prepare accurate quotes and manage customer orders efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date records and pipeline information within the CRM system
* Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and vendors to deliver campaigns
* Provide excellent service and ensure customer expectations are met every time
Requirements
* A motivated individual who enjoys a fast-moving, target-driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is desirable, but not essential
* Knowledge of IT products or technology sales is a plus
