Salary:£28,000 basic + bonus potential (OTE up to £30k)
Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. If you've got great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
* Talking to customers both in person and over the phone-clear communication is key.
* Keeping things running smoothly in the workshop by assigning work to our technicians promptly.
* Explaining repairs to customers in a way they'll understand and getting approval for the work.
* Ordering parts from suppliers and logging them into the system when they arrive.
* Managing email enquiries and booking in customer appointments.
* Supporting your team and managers with key admin tasks.
* Following company procedures and completing training as needed.
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in customer service-automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not a must.
* Confident on the phone and comfortable using computers.
* Someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving.
* A team player who's ready to pitch in wherever needed.
