What your typical day will involve: Delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and our clinical team. Building strong, positive relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues-an essential part of your success in this role. Providing a warm, professional experience during every visit, ensuring clients leave fully satisfied and confident in the service they have received. Welcoming each client, offering guidance and support, and confidently managing payments and follow-up bookings. Helping to coordinate the smooth daily running of the practice using our online booking system-so strong computer skills are essential. This is a Part Time role averaging 16 hours per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am till 1pm).
