Job Description
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
* Providing excellent client service to maintain a positive company image
* Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
* Managing and overseeing the work of Junior Accountants
* Resolving complex accounting issues for a variety of clients within the professional services industry
* Preparing business proposals and presentations to promote the company's services
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Manager should have:
* A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance
* Proven expertise in managing client relationships in the professional services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flair for developing business with existing clients
* A thorough understanding of accounting issues and how to resolve them
* Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior accountants
