What will I be doing?
Providing excellent customer service, advising and assisting members of the public on how to use the site to maximize recovery of materials they deposit. Responsibilities include:
* Adopting a flexible approach
* Having a full driving license; own transport is preferable
* Maintaining accurate records for material removal from the site
* Controlling container exchanges by booking loads with relevant personnel to ensure the site has space for proper segregation and storage
* Keeping the site tidy within your areas of responsibility
* Ensuring SUEZ complies with legal duties regarding health, safety, and welfare of employees and others affected by actions or omissions
* Cooperating with SUEZ and colleagues to comply with site permits, legislation, policies, and procedures
* Performing any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the role
What are the requirements?
We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who will join the current site team to ensure operations exceed standards, with potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health and safety certification.
What you will need:
* Good customer service skills and ability to work in a team
* Ideally, experience with mobile plant operation; full training will be provided
* A flexible approach to cover holiday and sick leave if required
* Full Driving License
