Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? This is either a 1 x 40hrs/week position or 2 x20hrs/week position. Please specify your desired role in the application form.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
* Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
* Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
