I'm working with a leading facilities management company who are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their office-based Helpdesk team in Manchester.
You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team of four, reporting to the Lead Support, and will play a key role in managing reactive and quoted works across a busy facilities account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and manage reactive maintenance tasks through the CAFM/helpdesk system
* Raise and track purchase orders, quotes, and invoices
* Coordinate quoted works and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to schedule and monitor progress
* Maintain accurate records and assist with contract administration and reporting
* Support the Lead Support and wider helpdesk team as required
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a Facilities, Maintenance, or Building Services administration role
2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Confident communicator with a proactive approach
