Sales Account Manager
Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire (Office Based)
Salary: £26,437 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission. Realistic OTE £40,000 - £45,000+.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The Opportunity
This is a proactive account management role where you'll manage an established portfolio of trade customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales and increase revenue.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing and developing existing customer accounts
* Proactively contacting customers to generate orders
* Identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
* Re‑engaging dormant accounts
* Building long‑term customer relationships
* Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
This is not a passive account management role. Success comes from picking up the phone, creating opportunities and driving revenue growth.

What We're Looking For
Essential
o Previous sales experience within a target‑driven environment
o Confidence selling over the phone
o A proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
o Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
o Self‑motivation, resilience and a positive attitude
Desirable
o B2B sales experience
o Wholesale or distribution sector experience
o Account management experience
