Job Description
3. Act as the first point of contact for incoming service calls and customer queries, providing professional and helpful responses.
4. Manage the service desk, logging service requests, scheduling jobs, and dispatching technicians accordingly.
5. Maintain the daily technician rota and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently based on priority, geography, and availability.
6. Communicate job details to technicians and ensure they are equipped with the correct information and resources.
7. Monitor technician job progress and update customers where necessary on service status or delays.
8. Record and maintain accurate service records, appointments, and call logs in the company's CRM/system.

A successful Service Co-Ordinator should have:
